I have an injury. Can I still do the program?
In short yes. Our program is highly adjustable. We’ll take your injury into account and give you options that are appropriate for you.
What if I can’t make it every day?
Not a problem. When you’re training, the body enjoys a bit of rest. That said, we do recommend that you commit to training 3 times per week to get the most from our program, but we’ll help you find an option that works for you.
